About Us
River Valley Montessori and Child Care-Shakopee offers a 22,000 square foot building and playground designed by leaders in the child care industry. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years/kindergarten. Children have the opportunity to learn and grow in a loving, nurturing, and educational environment, infused with a hybrid Montessori approach to curriculum. At River Valley Montessori & Child Care children are valued for their ability to work in meaningful ways, for their curiosity and creativity, their voices, and their ability to play; families are valued for their traditions and relationships, their commitment to each other and to the community; and staff are valued for the joy they find in children, their skill, and their commitment to families!
