Description
Join ShakopeeConnect for this month's professional development event "The Happy Hour Effect: 5 Strategies to Maximize Time, Leverage Goals & Minimize Stress" led by Kristen Brown on Wednesday, February 25th from 7:30am - 9:00am at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites (4550 12th Avenue East, Shakopee).
The Happy Hour Effect
5 Strategies to Maximize Time, Leverage Goals & Minimize Stress
With so much on our plates personally and professionally, we are dealing with stress, prioritization and goal-setting challenges that impact productivity, health, relationships and the bottom line. The Happy Hour Effect message directly targets these challenges by sharing a fresh philosophy that inspires work/life happiness, professional leadership and super-charged success despite everything we have to juggle in today's workplace and at home.
Kristen will guide you through her proven Life Map exercise that creates actionable, fun and easy goals to maximize time and spin stress into success. You will focus on better prioritizing your work and life dynamics to boost leadership, financial growth, work/life happiness and relationships which leads to bottom-line growth at work, a more peaceful work environment and more happiness at home.
Kristen Brown uses her experiences as a bestselling author, 15-year corporate leader, business consultant and widowed mom to debunk the work/life balance myth and introduce to you the Maestro Mindset. Like the conductor of an orchestra has to decide how to harmonize all of the instruments playing at once, you must be the maestro of your own life deciding what takes center stage at the moment while everything else plays on in the background – still important, but playing a supporting role until it’s their turn to take priority.
Learning Objectives
- Create a customized Life Map to help change your mindset around the work/life balance myth.
- Get grounded on what is really demanding your time, driving your stress and energizing you so you can create the RIGHT goals for personal and professional success.
- Identify what specific tasks drain your time and energy so you can shift your focus to more productive goals.
Attendees will leave this event with a deeper understanding of the importance of valuing professional AND personal goals in order to make the most of their time AND get the results they need and want. They will also learn how to juggle their own work/life elements to maximize their effectiveness as a trustworthy and respected leader and valuable contributing to their home life. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to set goals, learn how to manage your time and reduce your stress levels!
REQUIRED - RSVP to Jessy Annoni at 952.445.1660 or by email.
