About our Speakers
Senator Eric Pratt was elected State Senator of Senate District 55 where he was sworn in January, 2013. He represents the cities of Prior Lake, Shakopee and Jordan as well as the townships of Credit River, Jackson, Louisville, Sand Creek, Spring Lake and St. Lawrence. As a State Senator, Eric serves on the following committees: E-12 Division (Education Finance Committee), Commerce, Transportation and Public Safety Policy and Budget Division, Higher Education and Workforce Development Policy and Budget Division. This January will mark the start of Eric’s third legislative session.
Representative Bob Loonan is the newly elected Representative for House District 55A. Bob is a long-time Shakopee resident and small business owner, working as an insurance agent. He is a former member of the Shakopee school board and has been actively involved in the community, volunteering as a youth track and field coach at Shakopee High School and as president of Shakopee Youth Football and Baseball Programs. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Hibernians, and member of the Joachim and Anne Catholic Parish. Bob attended St. John’s University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Bob lives in Shakopee with his wife Denise. They have four children, all graduates of Shakopee High School.
Representative Tony Albright, first elected in 2012, will begin his second term in January representing the people of District 55B. Tony has a B.S. in Business Administration and works in the financial services and investment advisory industry. He and his wife, Marianne, have three children. Tony is active in his community of Prior Lake and throughout Scott County, serving on the Prior Lake and Jordan Chambers of Commerce and also with his church. At the legislature, Representative Albright is Vice Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, and also serves on the Health & Human Services Reform, State Government Finance, State Government Operations, Capital Investment and Rules & Legislative Administrative Committees.

This series will offer attendees the opportunity to receive the most up-to-date information regarding issues important to your business.
