Learn from successful family businesses on tools they used to identifying future skills gaps in their business and how they paired those with strengths and weaknesses of their children. Family businesses must work with members of their next generation to find the appropriate education and training to support the family and business long into the future. Once determined, who pays for this? How do you make that fair? In this panel discussion, successful family businesses will share: ? How to and who determines gaps in the business?s future knowledge base ? How to align the interests of the next generation with future needs of the business ? Determining the right education for your children and the business (higher education, vocational, exposure to other businesses, mentoring) ? What needs change as the business grows, and how can you educate for those changes? The breakfast series is restricted to members of family businesses
